Please use ONLY the above email address for support issues. Any other email address will not go through our support desk and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a reply.
When submitting a ticket, it is very important that you give us as much information as possible in order to be able to assist you effectively. Tickets such as "I can't get the slidein to work" are NOT helpful. At the very least, we would need a link to the page that you have it installed on and iIt would be very useful if you can provide your username and password to UltimateSlideIn.com as even we cannot access your account without that information.
You can expect to receive a reply within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours during weekends. Generally we reply very quickly but if you have not received a reply within this time frame, then it is HIGHLY likely that our reply email is stuck in a filter somewhere. In this case, please login to the support desk here and check the status of your ticket. online.
PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot remember or do not know your password for the support desk (as it will be different from your UltimateSlidein login details in most cases), please use the forgotten password feature along with the email address that you submitted your original ticket from.
